IHAC who has a three-node cluster failing to add a worker node to the baremetal cluster. The customer tried two different BMH configuration, but both failed at different stage.


Attempt #1:
The node is able to boot, but inspection seems failing. The networking doesn't seem to work since we can't ssh to the node.


Attempt #2:
The node doesn't even boot. It returns:
   "Boot Failed: PXE Device 1: Embedded NIC 1 Port 1 Partition 1

    1. install a baremetal IPI cluster
    2. Create a bmh and apply to scale up the cluster
    3. 
    

    Unable to expand a cluster

    Should be able to add worker nodes
