As part of https://issues.redhat.com/browse/STOR-2358 we are recommending XTS encryption to our customers.

Although the story was verified by storage QE, the documentation that exists - https://docs.redhat.com/en/documentation/openshift_container_platform/4.17/html/installation_configuration/installing-customizing#installation-special-config-encrypt-disk_installing-customizing is not maintained by storage team or storage doc writers.

This documentation needs to be updated.
