Customer try to install a new cluster using proxy and fills the no_proxy with "customer-internal.tlds, .svc, .cluster.local". It does not work because of the duplicates entries ".svc, .cluster.local". But there is no clear message why the installation fails which results in a waste of time for the customer to do investigation.
