      Description of problem:

      Deploying a new cluster and when trying to fetch the histogram report it results in no datapoint found even when the data is there

      4.14+

      How reproducible:

      100% reproducible

      Steps to Reproduce: 

          1. deploy a cluster with loki
    2. click on show histogram and search for 2 weeks logs
    3. it results in no datapoint found

      Actual results:

      Shows no datapoint found

      Expected results:

      Should display the histogram for recent time
