Description of problem:
ROSA HCP telemetry shows a drop of Console URL ready in INT from ~75% -> ~35%.

ROSA HCP environemt in integration starting around May 14th (potential Hypershift Operator related issue)

Actual results:
Drop in telemetry for integration clusters, ROSA HCP clusters degraded.
Expected results:
Telemetry drop explained, back to normal figures.
