When using zonal deployments of vSphere using OCP, if a datacenter is missed under vCenter section - https://docs.redhat.com/en/documentation/openshift_container_platform/4.18/html-single/installing_on_vmware_vsphere/index#configuring-vsphere-regions-zones_installing-vsphere-installer-provisioned-customizations
Then the cluster is degraded, but no warnings or errors are logged by vSphere platform detector.
This happens because CSI driver is unable to find VMs in other zone (the zone that was missed in vCenter section). The checks in VPD should be enhanced to ensure that, all datacenters that are used in failuredomains are also specified under vCenter section.
