In 1915487510415282176 and before, openstack-test-cpms only run the testcase [It] ControlPlaneMachineSet Operator With an active ControlPlaneMachineSet and the provider spec is changed should perform a rolling update [Periodic] , and it usually took 1h to pass. The rest of the testcases were skipped.
