Description of problem:

In section https://docs.redhat.com/en/documentation/openshift_container_platform/4.18/html/scalability_and_performance/cnf-performing-platform-verification-latency-tests#cnf-performing-end-to-end-tests-running-the-tests_cnf-latency-tests references to rhel8 need updaetd to rhel9 back as far as 4.16.
