Description of problem:

When go.mod was bumped to 1.23.6 there was no available Go toolset with 1.23.6 so we had to use an early build from brew.

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:

    1. Send a PR to main
    2. Open the Enterprise Contract logs for hypershift operator

Actual results:

    Some tasks will have a warning about the image not being from the catalog

Expected results:

    No base image source warnings
