          Install the HCP cluster with -multi image architecture,

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

          4.18

      How reproducible:

          All time

      Steps to Reproduce:

          1.Create a cluster on kube-virt using the mutli-arch image
    2.Check the nodepool status
    3.

      Actual results:

      Kubevirt machines bootstrap CSR is never approved.
Nodes are never created in HCP for kubevirt nodepool.
Nodepool is not ready.

      Expected results:

          Nodepool should be in ready state,
