Description of problem:

the ethernet interfaces are incorrectly assigned fr at least on of the hosts causing the installation to fail

How reproducible:

fails at lest 9 out of 10 times.

Steps to Reproduce:

    1. start the ipi install with Dell amd(ethernet) servers
    2. install fails  when bootrap moves to bmh node
    3.
