Looks like the feature or test is bugged, two of the three failures appear to be legit problems with reading machines.
The third failure is api outage and just got unlucky and tripped over the minfail of 3 to show in component readiness, but with two legit failures in the mix, we can't ignore. It also probably will prevent featuregate pass rates from being sufficient.
