      This is a clone of issue OCPBUGS-55412. The following is the description of the original issue:

      Description of problem:

      Create CR button got expanded to the whole line

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

      4.19.0-0.nightly-2025-04-28-000838    

      How reproducible:

      Always

      Steps to Reproduce:

          1. navigate to Administration -> CustomResourceDefinition -> click on any CRD, for example ConsoleLink -> click on Instances tab
    2. navigate to Home -> Search page, search any resources and check the create CR button
    3.

      Actual results:

      1 & 2. The `Create ConsoleLink` button got extended to the whole line

      Expected results:

      1. The `Create xxx` button should have limited width
