Quick create (+ icon) does not get highlight by quick start link

      This is a clone of issue OCPBUGS-55375. The following is the description of the original issue:

      How reproducible:

      Steps to Reproduce:

          1. Navigate to Quick starts page
    2. Locate quick start `Install Red Hat Developer Hub (RHDH) using Helm Chart` and start
    3. In the 4th step there is a plus icon link in 2nd point
    4. click on the plus icon link

      Actual results:

          It does not highlight the + icon in the masthead

      Expected results:

          It should highlight the + icon in the masthead
