OpenShift nodes running on vSphere crash after high CPU utilization

      Description of problem:

          OCP node enter high CPU Saturation after a peak in Disk IO Saturation.
      This causes the node to not been able to recover.
      Rebooting the node show that the disk have I/O Error afterwards.
      Redeploying is the only the node is the workaround at the moment.

          Random times at customer environment

      Actual results:

          Node crashing not be able to recover

      Expected results:

          Node not crashing

      Additional info:

      There are some peaks in the resource graphs before the node totally crashes.
