Description of problem:

    While trying to take a snapshot of a CSI volume fails with error trace:
rpc error: code = Internal desc = failed to create snapshot on volume \"xxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxx\": failed to create snapshot with error: ServerFaultCode: NoPermission"'

All the required permissions are in place, and no other volumes have the same issue

How reproducible:

    All the time

Steps to Reproduce:

    1. Try to take snapshot of particular volume
    2. Fail with error NoPermission

Actual results:

    Fail to take snapshot

Expected results:

    Snapshot finished
