      Description of problem:

      C:/k/containerd is not being removed when removing a Windows BYOH node when the cluster uses mirror registries

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

          

      How reproducible:

          Sometimes

      Steps to Reproduce:

          1. Add a Windows BYOH node
          2. Add an IDMS to the cluster
          3. Remove the Windows node from the windows-instances configmap
          4. Wait for node to be fully deleted    

      Actual results:

          C:\k\containerd is populated with config files

      Expected results:

          C:\k\containerd is removed when the node is removed from the cluster
