      Description of problem:

      MCN & PIS tests have been failing in the `e2e-aws-ovn-techpreview-serial-multi-a-a` test suite since 4/25. Since these tests are impacting the component readiness score of MCN & PIS in Sippy, it is important to understand the root cause of these failures and remediate as possible.
