The documentation doesn't seem to cover methods to validating the signature of install binaries.

      The fips based installs do result to image unverified and the way to prove it shall be the installation programs are validated. 
      The current documentation doesn't cover anything to validate the installation programs hence would need them to share with customers where the fips based clusters report the symptoms on first build to be unverified.
