      ImageStreamImportMode feature gate tests fail for SNO because of an openshift-apiserver disruption that is triggered due to changing the ImageStreamImportMode config in the image configuration.

          1. Run techpreview tests on SNO

      Actual results:

          SNO techpreview suite fails due to the openshift-apiserver disruption
