In dev-scripts there is support to use oc-mirror to create a mirror for disconnected installation testing, this is currently only being used for the agent-based installer. This can only be used with released builds since oc-mirror -v1 uses the channel field in the ImageSetConfiguration. In OCP 4.18 oc-mirror -v2 was released and, in addition to many other improvements, it allows nightly or CI builds to be tested using the release field in the ImageSetConfiguration.

Dev-scripts should be updated to use oc-mirror -v2.
