      What: oc-mirror v2 would skip operator bundles that failed to mirror but still include the operator in the output
      Fix: now the whole operator is skipped if a bundle fails as there is no guarantee the operator will work without the bundle.

      This is a clone of issue OCPBUGS-50680. The following is the description of the original issue:
      —
      oc-mirror v2 needs to skip the entire operator when one of its bundle fails during the collector or batch phase.

      This is necessary because mirroring operators with missing bundles (because some of their related images failed) does not guarantee that the operator is going to work properly in the cluster.
