The reference to image: projects/rhcos-cloud/global/images/rhcos-416-92-202402201450-0-gcp-x86-64 is invalid in the documentation 5.1. Configuring updated boot images (and above version).
RHOCP 4.16 is using CoreOS 4.16, based on RHEL 9.4, and not 9.2 as mentioned in the image name.
A customer tried to use this image and ended up raising the case 04118071
The reference should either be something like:
- rhcos-416-94-202405291527-0-gcp-x86-64 (from RHOCP 4.16.1)
- rhcos-416-94-202404301731-0-gcp-x86-64 (from RHOCP 4.16.35)
You can notice the reference to 94 instead of 92
