Description of problem:
On both KVM and ZVM node booting is failing with Assisted Installer due to improperly generated kernel image with PXE boot.

How reproducible:
Everytime
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Configure DNS, DHCP, Haproxy, Firewall, Apache 2. Add the cluster details in Redhat hybrid cloud console 3. Add ssh key and download the artifacts 4. Start booting the nodes with the downloaded images.
Actual results:
Nodes should boot successfully.
Expected results:
Nodes are failing to boot.

Content in kernel.img file: [root@b314lp35 images]# cat kernel.img Error creating file reader stream: target file /images/pxeboot/kernel.img does not exist
