jtudelag@redhat.com states in this slack thread that the current format of the Compliance Operator supported profiles tables suggest that only ROSA HCP is supported, not other platforms (like VMware, Google, or baremetal). Jorge also states that the -cis-node profiles were not supported in CO 1.4.0, and cites this PR.

Any changes made should backport to 4.12+.
