Description of problem:
Podman image digest is not a multiarch image in RHEL 9.5. Multiarch digest not there in image digest which is causing issue with multiarch image registry tests

3. podman pull $IMAGE:latest
4. podman images |grep -i hello
5. podman inspect quay.io/podman/hello:latest | jq -r '.[0].Digest'
