Uninstalling the bpfman operator using either make undeploy-openshift or from the console gets stuck at deleting bpfman namespace

Always    

    1. Install the bpfman operator from OperatorHub or using make deploy-openshift
    2. Wait for operator to come up and be ready
    3. Uninstall the operator from console and then delete the bpfman namespace or uninstall using make undeploy-openshift
    

bpfman operator gets uninstalled but the bpfman namespace is hung at namespace terminating

bpfman operator should be uninstalled and bpfman namespace should be deleted
