Component Readiness is showing a large set of regressions for metal platform. Digging into the issue surfaced failures in

and
periodic-ci-openshift-release-master-nightly-4.19-e2e-metal-ovn-ha-cert-rotation-shutdown-90d

Making matters worse it looks like the tests are recorded once under tmp/artifacts/junit and again under assisted-common-gather/artifacts/junit effectively double counting the tests and failures.

For the time being we are removing these jobs from component readiness and assigning them to a separate variant.
