      Description of problem:

CU wants to change the MTU value after the cluster installation in dual stack environment, with static IP He followed the below doc.

      https://docs.openshift.com/container-platform/4.10/networking/changing-cluster-network-mtu.html#nw-cluster-mtu-change_changing-cluster-network-mtu

Since in his cluster static IP's are configured, So this is failing due to same machine config for all the nodes and correct IP can not be configured, Now CU wants to know what is the correct supported approach to change the MTU post cluster installation as currently we do not have official document to change the MTU value for the cluster with static IP.

We asked if he can use multiple mcp to apply different nodes IP, But in big cluster this will be a hectic process.

      How reproducible:

      Every time in cu cluster.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1.

      Actual results:

Cluster becomes in accessible when we try to change the MTU value.

      Expected results:

CU needs a documented process to follow to change the mtu value with static IP.
