Linux ptp daemon is advertising T-GM state s FREERUN
GM[1743434905]:[ts2phc.0.config] ens7f0 T-GM-STATUS s0
But cloud event proxy is generating Event as LOCKED for sync-state.
Also ResourceAddress field is different for Push and GetCurrentState event
which is over all ptp status of the system .
This could be affecting OC/BC/Dual BC/PTP HA/T-GM
