Permitted networks are not listed out in the install-config survey and need to be entered manually while deploying a Power VS cluster with an internal publishing strategy.

The generated install-config.yaml does not contain platform.powervs.vpcName    

The generated install-config.yaml should contain the key platform.powervs.vpcName with its value being the permitted network selected in the install-configuration survey.
