Description of problem:

When trying to carry out procedures here:

https://docs.redhat.com/en/documentation/openshift_container_platform/4.18/html/hosted_control_planes/preparing-to-deploy-hosted-control-planes#hcp-cli-terminal_hcp-cli

I get error:

Error from server (NotFound): consoleclidownloads.console.openshift.io "hcp-cli-download" not found

The web console procedure also does not work the  Download hcp CLI  does not seem to be there.
