Description of problem:

 OCP Web Console gets crashed and showing "Oh no! Something went wrong."

    4.18.1

How reproducible:

    100%

Steps to Reproduce:

Administrator View ---> Home ---> Overview ---> Click on View settings

Actual results:

    The console crashed and showed "Oh no! Something went wrong."

Expected results:

Console should not crash and show us the Cluster Settings (Details)
