      Description of problem:

      This PR removes the need for internalization on an error by removing the word "failed". By having this word then the word needs to be translated to other languages. Otherwise the functionality remains the same.

          1. Configure a Windows Machine using a non-english Windows VM image

      For QE testing, normal regression testing should be done, as we do not yet support non-english Windows VM images
