Incorrect net interfaces name with "PowerEdge R7615" with "Broadcom BCM57414" cards

      Description of problem:

      When installing OpenShift on "Dell PowerEdge R7615" machines with 2 "Broadcom BCM57414" cards the network interfaces are named incorrectly not following the predictable name and it is difficult to have for example a bond configuration to be working as expected.

      OCP 4.14 / RHEL 9.2

      Always at customer environment

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Install OpenShift on "Dell PowerEdge R7615" with 2 "Broadcom BCM57414" cards 
      2. Verify interface names is not correct or is conflicting
      3.
          

      Actual results:

      Interface naming inconsistent.

      Expected results:

      Interface name to be consistent.
