Description of problem:

    The product name is not appended after the page title in some routes due to the usage of react-helmet

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

    ROSA 4.18.4

How reproducible:

    Always

Steps to Reproduce:

    1. Developer perspective -> Observe -> Silences
    2. Notice the product name isn't appended in the document title. The title just says "Silences"

Actual results:

    the title is just "Silences"

Expected results:

    it should say "Silences * Red Hat OpenShift Service on AWS" or something like that

Additional info:

    this is due to using react-router after it was removed from console shared modules
