When having the cluster network addedd to the noProxy option in the installer-config, the instalation will fail, and error out with

Failed to register cluster with assisted-service: AssistedServiceError Code: 400 Href:  ID: 400 Kind: Error Reason: duplicate no_proxy entry defined: x:y:z::/64

proxy:
  httpProxy: http://squid.lab:3128
  httpsProxy: http://squid.lab:3128
  noProxy: .abi.cnv-qe.rhood.us,10.46.248.0/21,x:y:z::/64

This was not the case in the past.
