Description of problem:
The [0] documentation page shows a `registry.redhat.io/openshift4/network-tools-rhel8` RHEL8-based container image for network inspection. Being all the RHOCP nowadays based on RHEL9 it might have sense moving to a RHEL9 image

Any (as of today) supported RHEL9 based RHOCP (4.14+), see [1] and [2]

Actual results:
The `registry.redhat.io/openshift4/network-tools-rhel8` container image is showcased in the doc
Expected results:
The `registry.redhat.io/openshift4/network-tools-rhel9` container image should be used instead
