      Description of problem:

          Currently Storage Class page and VolumeSnapshot Class page does not use LazyActions Menu resulting in no extensibility present in the actions menu for both the components. Due to this dynamic plugins cannot inject

          1. Injection of actions via dynamic plugins is not possible in SC and VSC pages.

      Injection of actions via dynamic plugins is not possible in SC and VSC pages.

          Injection of actions via dynamic plugins should be possible in SC and VSC pages.
