      This is a clone of issue OCPBUGS-52944. The following is the description of the original issue:

      Description of problem:

        The CI is failing as we are creating a vrf with a routing table id bigger than 1000 and ovnk deletes it.
This is a bug to backport a change in the test so we can comply and test the feature.
