      Cause: installer-created os image did not include nvme/scsi controller support

      Consequence: vm instance families requiring nvme support such as Lsv and Dsv could not be used with openshift

      Fix: add nvme/scsi controller support to the installer created image

      Result: Lsv and Dsv vm instances can be created.
