[release-4.18] NodeLogs Selects don't close when clicking outside the menu

      Previously, the selects above the Node Logs did not close when opened unless the select's toggle was clicked again or one of the select's menu items was clicked. After this update, the select closes after clicking outside of the menu or by pressing the appropriate key on the keyboard.

      This is a clone of issue OCPBUGS-52316. The following is the description of the original issue:
      —
      Go to Nodes > Node details > Logs and click one of the Selects above the log and then click outside the menu. Note the menu does not close but should.
