      Description of problem:

          There is an outdated note in the beginning of the document and a link to a KCS that no longer applies.

The article has some incorrect and/or incomplete information and this issue referenced on tickets https://issues.redhat.com/browse/OCPBUGS-29851 and https://issues.redhat.com/browse/OCPBUGS-11180 
have been closed and fixed the issues.

I have ran some tests on a vSphere IPI and this problem no longer reproduces.

Once we remove from our documentation I will retire the KCS as well.
