Description of problem:

    When customer is deploying the application getting the below error, 
error: couldn't get deployment account-service-12: Get "https://192.168.32.1:443/api/v1/namespaces/slc-dev/replicationcontrollers/account-service-12": dial tcp 192.x.x.1:443: connect: connection refused
