Description of problem:
Two confusing points: 1. "OpenShift Container Platform can use cookies to configure session persistence." Understood that it "can" but how? Presumably `haproxy.router.openshift.io/balance=source` but this isn't stated in the "Using cookies to keep route statefulness" section. 2. "Cookies cannot be set on passthrough routes, because the HTTP traffic cannot be seen" but then the description of `balance` states "The default value is source for TLS passthrough routes". These statements seem to be in conflict?
