      This is a clone of issue OCPBUGS-51355. The following is the description of the original issue:
      —
      In the OpenShift Web Console, under Storage → VolumeSnapshots, VolumeSnapshots are not displayed when selecting "All Projects" as the project.
      However, when selecting a specific project, the VolumeSnapshots are displayed correctly.
      This issue only occurs when "All Projects" is selected.
