Update the Assisted Installer Documentation: OSA, RoCE and Hipersocket are supported with LPAR DPM

      Description of problem:

      In the latest Assisted Installer documentation under the section of '2.4.3 Networking requirements for IBM Z', it's mentioned as LPAR DPM is not supported with OSA, RoCE and Hipersocket and LPAR Classic is not supported with RoCE.
      
      But LPAR DPM supports OSA, RoCE and Hipersocket.
      LPAR classic supports OSA, RoCE and Hipersocket.

      Actual results:

          LPAR DPM is not supported with OSA, RoCE and Hipersocket. 
          LPAR Classic is not supported with RoCE.

      Expected results:

           LPAR DPM supports OSA, RoCE and Hipersocket.
           LPAR classic supports OSA, RoCE and Hipersocket.
