Description of problem:

    Periodic CI that runs twice a week is failing because it's expecting the partition-for-var-log-audit rule to be NOT-APPLICABLE, when the test is returning MANUAL.

Actual results:

E2E-FAILURE: The expected default result for the e2e-stig-master-partition-for-var-log-audit rule didn't match. Expected 'NOT-APPLICABLE', Got 'MANUAL'

Expected results:

The partition-for-var-log-audit rule should match the assertion.
