If you go to https://amd64.ocp.releases.ci.openshift.org/#4.19.0-0.nightly you see the little 
info thing next to each nightly build for the past week or so. This is happening because the version of pixman installed into RHCOS for various arches doesn't match up. However I don't actually see where the newer version is coming from.

We need to figure out why these are misaligned and fix it.
