Description of problem:

Can we enable a way to prevent LSO from auto-discovering all RBD devices?

How reproducible:
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install an OCP cluster with Openshift Virtualization, LSO 2. Deploy a few virtual machines with the "ocs-storagecluster-ceph-rbd-virtualization" storage class 3. See if new LSO PVs are provisioned using the rbd storage devices being consumed by the virtunalmachines
Actual results:
LSO auto-discovers ODF rbd devices
Expected results:
LSO ignores ODF rbd devices
